Starting from 12 Aug 2025, Copy9 has officially deployed the new platform for all mobile monitoring and device management services.

While Copy9 remains the customer-facing brand for existing users, the application you download and use will now carry the new platform - with the same purpose, improved performance, and clearer onboarding.

🔄 What's changing?

• The cPanel site is now hosted as cpanel.copy9.com (replacing for old platform my.copy9.com)
• The new platform is upgraded for better performance and long-term stability
• All documentation and technical support are unified at:

🔄What stays the same?

• Your account, license, and support remain valid with Copy9
• Existing users continue to access the control panel at:

• Your data and user experience will remain uninterrupted
